  1. Really not thrilled with the card system idea to be honest since I liked the classic simplicity but I'll certainly give it a chance

A character creation would have been my big wish but oh well.

  2. This card system like any sytem of that genre in zombie games will be garbage, we can see it already

seriously? no unlimited pistols anymore ?? Same mistake as Doom Eternal

  3. I love how the first “positive change” ign lists is the microstransaction system- they even call it what the AAA industry wants them to near the end of the video: “player choice!” Unreal; they truly are nothing more than an industry mouthpiece

  4. If you want to sell a zombie shooter, it is essential that killing hordes of zombies is fun. You need a quality ragdoll and dismemberment system. Even the rudiments of these systems are not visible here.

P.S. Needless to say, this is an alpha build, it is obvious that the main feature in the form of cards has already been shown here, therefore it is a failure

  5. This game is so bad. It takes away the surprise factor of what you might run into. It literally tells what you will be going against instead of thinking on the fly. Left 4 Dead did not need class based cards.

  6. Seems interesting but from what I've been seeing it doesn't really look like is does enough differently to make this worth playing yet. Hopefully the game has deeper progression or interesting mechanics, probably won't but at least the people who enjoy left 4 dead can get more of that.

  7. Not a fan of the card idea, what I like about left for dead is the accessibility of it all. You can just start it up, press quick match and start blasting zombies with friends or randoms alike. It felt very arcadey and I feel was never meant to be a deep customizable experience, the depth comes from the nuances of the game play and teamwork options and the randomly generated hordes that keep you on your toes. I feel adding custom load outs is just clutter and unnecessary depth on top of a game that doesn't need it.
