I have 2 things to say.
1. The explanation for the weird hedgehog cosplaying Shantae is actually a somewhat trend among the exe FNF community. From what I know, that's Sarah/Needlemouse from the Needlemouse series created by ShutUpJoJo, and for whatever reason, it became a bit of a trend to draw the character in a Shantae costume (albeit either funny, cute, or sexual) for whatever reason I can't think of.
2. I hold this mod close to my heart, as it is just beautiful. I don't think I need to explain why that is.

I remember seeing a Shaggy X Matt mod that is about 8 hours long, and the entire mod is pretty much what you would expect from a Shaggy X Matt fanmod.
