I read the commentary in the description and this was my response to your confusion:
– JJ1982 tried mimicking FLP's 96PPQN spam by multiplying the song's original BPM (412) by 1.5 and dividing it by 2, which was why the midi's BPM was 309 in the first place. I hope this helps you
