Which includes Sony’s Ps5 controller the Duel Sense. We all know that Xbox’s controller has been one of it’s best features for multiple generations. Sony saw that and decided to make their Ps5 controller something completely different.

With the haptic feedback features and resistant triggers is Xbox going to copy the PlayStation 5 tech within their controller? Microsoft and Sony continue to innovate as the next generation pushes along.

  1. Xbox copying PlayStation is a first and excites me.

For years we've had ps stealing Xbox ideas as their own and the stupid fanboys acting like it changed gaming despite Xbox doing it for years. The amount of features the original Xbox had towards the ps2 is staggering.

Bout time we saw Xbox improve on something ps has done

  2. When Xbox has had adaptive triggers planned for years now and patented but fanboys be acting like Sony invented it somehow despite technically switch being first anyway and the Xbox patent that is 4 years old.

Don't get me started on how much Sony copied from Xbox, I'm not a fanboy of any console, I own both sides, I just hate bias. Xbox live, achievements, games with gold, hdd storage instead of memory disks, ffs PlayStation even took the idea of a home screen on the console from Xbox.

Xbox has borrowed ps ideas as well. It goes both ways. I can't believe how some people are so stuck up the ass of a console brand, it's sad really

  3. THE XBOX CONTROLLER IS FAR SUPERIOR TO LAMESTATIONS CONTROLLERS. YOU SAY YOU NEVER LIKED ANY SONY CONTROLLERS BEFORE BUT I THINK YOUR GETTING IT WRONG.I REALLY HATE LAMESTATIONS CONTROLLERS AND THIS MEW ONE JUST SEEONG IT I DONT WANT TO TOUCH IT BECAUSE THE JOYSTICKS ARE STILL IN THAT WACK ASS POSITION,I HAAATE THAT!!!!! I CANT PLAY THAT WAY,I TRIED AND HATE IT MORE. BECAUSE OF THE POSITION OF THE STICKS!!!! OBVIOUSLY YOU DONT ACTUALLY EVER HATED IT, BECAUSE IF YOU REALLY DID YOU WOULD SEE ITS STILL THE SAME DEAL MOSTLY,ESPECIALLY THE JOYSTICKS!!!!! SO YOU SAYING THAT THIS ONE IS GOOD DOESNT MEAN NOTHING BECAUSE YOU NEVER HATED THE POSITION OF THE JOYSTICKS,OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THAT HASN'T CHANGED AND YOU LIKE IT. THE POSITION OF THE STICKS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART MAN,AND THEY ARE STILL THE SAME SO F THEM!!!!

  4. I love that haptic feedback is an improvement on the old rumble mechanic it’s nice when companies build on their gimmicks and improve them instead of moving on to more useless gimmicks that make no difference in the end

  5. I think people aren’t for until they actually experience like for every one on ps5 have had thoughts on the triggers until they actually used them I think it’s a good and safe move for Microsoft this is coming from a Sony guy lol

  6. ERR……Forced control input feedback was not invented by Sony. So technically Xbox isn't copying it from Sony. Xbox is only choosing to implement existing user feedback techniques.

  7. I think the lighting would be nice on the Xbox controller but am not at all interested in the adaptive triggers. I simply want to push a button and have it work, no gimmicks or finger fatigue. It would also be nice if the standard controller had short trigger pull switches.

  8. I like that Microsoft is concerned about making sure it’s customers get that “next gen “ feel more than anything. The series x/s are great, but the unified dash and few improvements to controller design did take an overall hit to the “next gen” feel. At least we know that they do care about the product, even if they kept telling us they don’t care what we play on. It worried me a bit.

  9. No thank you, let the aftermarket companies create the gimmicky game controllers. Or just go buy one of those pop it toys. Low latency and the haptic feature that the xbox controller already has should be improved on. Thats my opinion. Great presentation, Stay Safe.

  10. Except it was never PS5’s tech..it’s from a 3rd party US company, they also made the 3D rumble for the switch, all Sony did was pay them to implement it in their controller; I love my PS5 and dualsense, but people need to stop acting like Sony “Invented” something great here..
but anyways it’s great to see Xbox including it also

  11. Wouldn't be a first for xbox. After the Duke controller they made the 360 controller shape more like a dualshock, headphone jack and share button are straight from sony as well. I just would feel pissed if I just got a serious x and next year they release a new controller.

  12. Aslong as they don’t put on a stupid touch pad or that pointless motion sensor that’s nothing more then a gimmick the yeah. The haptic feedback sounds fantastic and the adaptive triggers sounds great aswell.

  13. I don't really think it's a big deal. The controller dies way too fast utilizing the features. It's cool but not "game changing" or "must have" for me. And I still find the Xbox controller more comfortable. Xbox already had impulse triggers and I never really cared for that.
