Just a point.The anima is streaming from Revendreth to the Maw, so throwing the souls in probably makes o difference to that. I am off to look for Dezco's wife.
SPOILIRS ahead: Do not worry over Venthyr. The good guys in the Venthyr covenant believe that all souls deserve redemption. This means in regard to the ex leadership of the Blood elves that they will get a second chance to redeem themselves which is according to lore the way that it should be. But the half of Others souls which was split and sent into Bastion broke the Cycle by taking justice into his own hands and sentencing Arthas to the Maw even though he should have gone to Venthyr to try to redeem himself for his sins. Due to this being a plan of Jailers to corrupt the Kyrian into Valkyries or Mawsworn as they are called in Shadowland since they do not have to hide who they are over there. In turn, this is why he corrupted Sylvanas. After she killed herself she was carried away by the mawsvorn (who with Hellya worked in fact for the jailer) to the maw where she was tortured for what could very well be years, decades, centuries…(since time does not exist and flows differently in the Maw) until she became raw enough to be reforged into the Servent of the Jailer. Thus the Invasion of Gilneas happened, also as part of her deal with him to provide him with souls and strengthen the Undead power. Even Garosh in his stupidity noticed this when he asked how is she different from the Lich King. But she did not know all of his plans. She did not know Muezahla would make her the Warchief. She tried to free herself from the deal by taking that Lantern but the spiteful moron Genn destroyed it which is why she told him he was a fool who did not know what he had done. The 4th war happened basically because of Genn. Because with control of Odin's Valkeries they would not need for so many people to die for Jailers power to grow. Even the burning of Telldrasil happened because Saurfang refused to assassinate a defenseless Melfuryion bc. of honor. All the Anima of the Night elves on telldrasil is equal to the Anima of the first Druid ever. After all of this, she lost her shit and went full b… mode cause of all of these idiots who knew nothing getting in her way and making things worse again and again for everyone(the fact that Blizzard kept this as a surprise is horribly stupid). Proof of this is her speech about how Ideals are for fools because compared against the machinations of such unfathomable powers such as the Jailer no amount of honor, love, or hope will help you. The reason Thrall, Jayna, Baine, and Anduin were kidnapped is because as long as they are around Horde and Alliance will remain united and at peace. Turalion unreasonably hates the horde and with him leading the Alliance there is no way he will not start another war at the first opportunity. The reason they are tortured is the same as the one Arthas had for making death knights, powerful servants who will see his way after they are broken and turned as he was. Now Sylvanas will not get a chance for redemption because Tyrande is the new evil b… on the block and she will destroy her no matter if she was made to do these things or not(Blizzard ruining yet another character). Keal'thas will remain the evil arrogant prick(wow writing again as he had none of these character flaws in Warcraft 3) BUT the Venthyr vampires will make him change his way or dump him in the Maw(as it should be with all the sinners). The only reason the Jailer did not take Garrosh is that Denathrius and his Dreadlords work for him and since they also need anima… he is a part of the employee benefits package. The souls he throws are reforged into the Jailers army. Basically, Denathrius has turned the Venthyr into a narco cartel where the Jailer is the American society. He doesn't offer redemption at all. He Squeezes the juice out of the souls and sends the juice to other covenant's evil factions so they can take over because not only has the drought weakened the others it has strengthened the Jailer. This is a perfect time for a Coup.

I have leaked informations. SYLVANAS will be LAST BOSS in Shadowlands, he steals the powers Of Jailer. Arthas will speak to Jaina. And when we defeat Sylvanas, all souls from Maw shall be free.
Arthas will be good in the expansion, but we can not return him to life..
i think The Jailer mean when say"Beyond the veil lies darkness"-he mean all of the covenants.True natuer of covenants is darkness,and there is allot of it..

My main, a orc Dk, is 10/10 gonna go to maldraxxus, the theme is obv perfect but i also just love the fact that they are the army/guardians of the shadowlands who swore to protect it. And ofc i just love the theme overall its the origin of the scourge and whats cooler then the scourge.
