Genuinely was so proud when I went "hmm…..this mushroom quest is shittily designed, let me check the quest text and see if I was missing anything….oh!" all the years of quest text reading culminated in that.

They should add the Sha of anger to the rare rotation so I can get the boring shit out the way lol

Weird. On my server (Aman'Thul) Orgrimmar is Zombie central. I logged in and the ground was covered in player remains with Zombies running around all over the place. Also I was auto flagged for PvP even tho we are a PvE server (not sure if that is part of the event).
No zombies but I did port to Stormwind and find a lot of skeletons all over the place so I assume the zombies had technically been there. lol
Tyrande had the owl since Warcraft 3 🙂
Last night on AD Goldshire was an ocean of bones. Zombies everywhere.
One thing I have noticed he mentioned in this video was not reading the quest requirement in the quest log.
If you can't understand what is needed to be done in the quest, read the quest logs!

there zombies in gold shire now but not alot and they can only actack u wen ure pvp is on
Blizz has ran out of ideas, they basically gave us a rehashed cata and mists. Then they'll give us the main ending with the void lords/legion……
I'v been seeing zombies around Stormwind on Argent Dawn, perhaps it's the weird sharding that's happening. But it's funny seeing the players stunning the hell out of the ghoul players to stop thm from exploding. Stun for fun!. 🙂

Wow, so… Blizzard didn’t put in the scourge invasions until phase 2? Seriously? -_- No wonder why this pre-patch has been so boring.
Funny thing is, even with the invasion up there is still no ghouls because the second someone gets infected they cleanse themselves and then the ghoul gets it cheeks clapped by the players wanting to do something .

I was one of those people that was so unbelievable disappointed with the prepatch at first, that I just bought my broom and pet, got the bag and memento (heard it's "rare", but it dropped off the first rare I killed) and just noped out to another game for a week.
But then the invasions actually came. I went to the north gate of Orgrimmar and just about pissed myself laughing at the 3-4 full raid groups worth of zombies spawn camping guards and various other NPCs. Not a player zombie in sight, those were all just wild ones. The north gate was lost, you flat out couldn't clear them out without an organized group of classes with a ton of AoE and CC because you'd just get 1 shot from how many there are. Me and a guildie hovered over them to get infected and headed out to take over the world. We conquered most of Ashenvale before finding out that zombies outside of SW/Org will despawn randomly after a few minutes. We were so close to a perfect prepatch event… but Blizz had to make zombies despawn.
Well I got the Nathanos cinematic while dead
The funny thing is that I've seen a larger zombie invasion in Boralus Harbor than any in Stormwind. It coincided with a massive horde invasion, dozens of them, which was more fun than the pre-patch event. Thanks horde, you finally made the game fun.
The scourge is active at the Tillers in Pandaria. It's completely flooded. Stormwind meanwhile…….
Did have a little zombie fight on my priest, but people just kept trying to blow themselves up and got nuked by everyone around
