0:35 – diaphragmatic breathing (pre stretch)
1:46 – lateral neck flexion
5:05 – neck flexion & extension
7:45 – lateral side body stretch
10:09 – seated spinal twist
12:21 – seated hip opener
14:57 – hamstring stretch
