Maybe there's another Fallout game, but I doubt it's going to be called Fallout: New Vegas 2. That doesn't sound like the kind of name for a Fallout game. I would say they'll call it either Fallout 5 or Fallout: Something Else (different subtitle, who knows what).

If we get another Obsidian Fallout game I want it to take place in the Seattle and Vancouver area, Arizona, or Northern Utah and Wyoming.
Never mind 16 x the detail, how about 16 years of waiting.
In my personal opinion, 16 years is a bit too long to wait between installments. I was 18 when Skyrim came out, I’ll be 34 by the time TES 6 drops, and quite frankly I think that’s pretty disappointing.
