The fact that you can get pmc kills without a scav vest is just crazy, BSG needs to fix their fucking code lol. Anyways great tips as usual!
For me, the best way to do quests (especially those that send you to customs) is to go at night, and wait around 5-10 minutes in a bush near my spawn for chads to kill themselfes and bugger off the map, and then proceed with whatever these trader guys want me to do.

Some good tips for Shooter born in heaven, use the AGL. Most of the kills are headshots due to the grenade type (vog-30) which does 199 damage/95 pen to anything it touches, if the head is first or even second/third on "fragment" connection it counts as a headshot (it's just a giant death bubble in code) like grenades tend to do. Customs and Reserve is great for this, wait/listen for people to get into dome or dorms and unload. Not many people tend use these powerful platforms due to the exposure but are well worth the attempt sometimes. To practice where to shoot it, run some offline, the AGL will give you barrel elevation and the M is the scope tilt, hit page up or down to adjust the scope, moving upwards from 0-100 (10.0m) will flatten your scope, lowering the arc and making it a bit more direct.
