I think for this mod to really work there shouldn't be 2 extra imposter. The focus should be on the queen and only on other people trying to survive. The interesting part is that the queen can run around as queen and nobody knows who it is, the queen only have to make sure that nobody pushes the button while being queen and that nobody sees the player turning into her. Which is an interesting aspect.
Also the queen player should only being able to plant eggs as queen, as little balancing restriction.
And xenos shouldn't be able to vote.

I think some good additions would be for when voting and the discussion instead of saying “Xeno” and being black the person is disgusted as their regular selfs, so people have to guess who the xeno is. I also think the imposters should be able to kill the queen without killing them selves when the queens full form is exposed.

In case anyone doesn't understand how the winning system works with the Aliens mod, it's Aliens vs Imposters. Crewmates are caught in the middle.

id replace impostors with queen and zeno and allow crewmates to break eggs so they can actually stop infestations from instawinning

A medic mod that’s actually a pretty good idea.
You could make 1 or 2 people medics and make reviving people like half the time of a download task after dragging the body to a med bay bed
