EDIT: Right now it's looking like the materials for Xiao is slimes and instead of hurricane seeds they changed it to this new material that only drops from the new 1.3 boss (Juvenile Jade). You STILL need to farm anemo gemstones so it's not a total waste of your time but yeah a lot of stuff got changed on Honey. This means we can't instalvl him to 90 when he first comes out because we need to farm this new boss (lame)…
Xiao's ascension stat also changed to give crit rate instead of anemo dmg.
