  1. With covid and zoom meetings I think Apple VR is aimed at high end business for communication purposes. It’ll also appeal to designers and engineers to prototype in 3D. Multimedia will also be included but won’t be the main focus

  2. The focus of the RE showcase was on RE8 only. They didn't mention the other leaked games like RE4 Remake and RE Revelations 3. Hopefully they will release the game in VR for the PSVR2.

  3. VR on Hitman is merely a feature for what was designed from the ground up to be a flat game. I call this more of a gesture than anything else. I find that long form VR gaming with a controller as an "enhanced" VR experience is fine for me. Like Skyrim and even No Man's Sky. I'd love if all games added something like this for more games where they weren't designed specifically for VR. Anything in VR is way more immersive than on a TV even if all the mechanics aren't 100%. If we need to inch like this for awhile to get the idea of VR out there with smaller risk to big devs. I'm in support of that.

  4. Rowdy's role in these shows is underrated. He won't say a word for 30 min and then he'll chip in just to say that the main use of the $3k Apple headset is to play while sitting on the toilet [euphoric crowd applause]

  5. Great show. Please give Guardians VR a look, this game looks very promising: FPS mixed with RTS, they have to polish many details but it is great fun for single player and co-op.

  6. I agree with the falts of hitman vr but disagree in its value at this time. I own the quest 2 and play pc and non pc quest games. Hitman vr would be awesome on that headset. But I love triple a adventure games that are huge and beautiful. Hardly anything is like that in vr at this time. I also have playstation vr and bought all 3 hitman games. It's worth every penny. I'm having a blast even with its falts. I'll probably not be using the quest much until I'm out of hitman material which may take quite a long time.

  7. I just watch that Resident Evil Village demo and that game should absolutely be in VR. What a slap in the face. Nothing about that game can’t be played in VR. The graphics and simple walking gameplay is pretty much like HLA but with a creepier feel.

  8. The Netflix Quest app is shit. The Amazon Prime one, however, is awesome! Full cinema environment with full cinema sized screen and great picture quality! Watching The Expanse on it. Bloody Brilliant!

  9. Resident Evil Village almost didn't come out on last gen consoles since they had trouble getting loading times to a reasonable state. And they didn't want to compromise the game due to old tech, so their mantra was if they get it working then it will come out on PS4 and Xbox One, until then we should treat it as a next gen exclusive. Well, looks like they figured it out, but if they had so much trouble with the last gen flat version, I doubt PSVR version was ever going to happen since they couldn't utilize PS5 with it.

  10. You guys can install the regular non VR mobile version of the netflix app on the Quest 2, and it will give you higher resolution, and the ability to download movies in advance so you can watch it on a plane or something without streaming through Wi-fi.

  11. Whilst I do agree the implementation of the control scheme for Hitman 3 in VR is less instinctive or ideal to that of full motion controls, especially coming from a PC VR Gamers perspective, having said that, most dedicated PSVR owners learn to adapt. The grid issue that ZimTok5 described is entirely a setup misconfiguration, I had no issues with it, as for the controller friction, I honestly forgot I was using one, isn't that the way it's meant to be ? I'd also like to see Hitman 3 come to PC with full motion controls too, but that seems unlikely. When everything is considered Hitman 3 on PSVR is IMHO a masterpiece and a very welcomed addition to the PSVR library.

  12. 1:27:40 getting shredded with vr
I'm a lanky guy, and I can attest that playing Beat Saber I gained stamina most, then playing Thrill of the Fight I gained shoulder and back muscles (and more stamina).
After about half of a year playing those games I started doing some simple home workout (pushups etc.) and I benefited from that greatly🙂
