I appreciate the ability to modify and fix the game at the community level. It just feels like a white flag from the CDPR team.
The umm game breaking bug, yeah didn't happen. Was mowing down malstrom dudes while taking that call.
imo, as awesome as mods are, I'm not really feelin it for this game. Maybe there will be some good stuff but I kind of just want them to finish the game. I feel like this just a distraction.
2:33 damn, this whole game is a lost opportunity – 'style over substance' is totally lacking inside the game for the player. Disappointing.
Freaking company, they need to fix the game instead. I hate them, total failure, I am really disapointed I wish I had not bought the pre-order.

Thanks for the news! The community already managed to do cool things even without official mod tools. Now that this is out, they can create Skyrim or Fallout level mods, which is great! I really hope that CDPR patches and community mods can fix this game, and make it the Cyberpunk 2077 we wanted it to be.
Those aren't really modding tools, but info that helps make modding tools. The Silverhand mod was removed after CDPR asked the mod author to remove it.

While mods are cool and it's good they're adding content that should have been in the game from the start, that's also the problem; moders shouldn't have to "fix" the game and add missing content.
Also I feel sorry for those that got the game on console, basically half of CDPR's sales have an incomplete product, and people are celebrating that?, yikes. If the missing content doesn't eventually get added for the console versions they're effectively flipping off half of the fanbase after false advertising and already taking their money. No wonder so many people got refunds.
I want to be optimistic for them but CDPR's blatant dismissal of missing advertised content and only talking about fixing bugs does not leave me feeling trustful. 😕
