Anyone who builds moonstaff is honestly throwing away a lot of potential also it’s basically saying that they wanna get carried. Oriana and Seraphine are extremely similar to one another both have long range poke, annoying auto attacks, a slow and a huge teamfight ult but you don’t see Oriana going moonstaff lol.
