  1. New York is on some bulls*t just like last year, when the cheated the A's out of runs. Replay is a joke. Should of been 3 to 1 Oakland. He was safe clear as day, when bob Melvin gets so upset and gets ejected, you know they got the call wrong. Replay is a joke.

  2. a's stay hot, andrus was obviously safe, zunino tagged him on the shoulder. gotta be frustrating for a's manager melvin, you can't really argue with the umps, they didn't decide the replay.

  3. Sometimes I wonder if the umps are actually on the phone with NY.
That rule needs to be change to a manager challenging that play also on that phone along with umps,to hear everything. I wonder if those umps are pretending to be on the phone, and not with NY.

  4. Replay system created to correct hard calls by umpires that may've been honestly missed. Now a new re-replay system is necessary to correct blown replay decisions based on the the "absolutely clear error" standard. I suggest this re-replay system be based on viewer call-in votes for or against the replay decision (99 cents per call, taxes added where applicable).

  5. Thank god the A's won; otherwise that terrible call would've felt a lot worse than it does now. Fun fact: the last time Bob Melvin got ejected was at Tropicana Field in 2019, and by the same umpire who tossed him in this game (Sean Barber)

  7. Chapman, 42% strikeouts of total plate appearances. The problem started before he went on the IL last season for a minor procedure on his hip. He is not right at the plate and needs to fix it or he will be sitting a lot more.
