Step 1) Allow the Baldur’s Gate 3 exe file to Windows Security or your Antivirus program (Bit Defender, Avast, Comodo etc)- DISCLAIMER: Disable antivirus or Windows Security controlled folder access AT YOUR OWN RISK. Step 2) Close OneDrive or Google Drive and launch Baldur’s Gate 3
Step 3) Disable cloud save in steam and then restart Baldur’s Gate 3
Step 4) Restore Documents folder to default in file explorer and then restart Baldur’s Gate 3
Step 5) Run the Baldur’s Gate 3 as an administrator
Step 6) Verify the Baldur’s Gate 3 game files
