Yes, they should have delayed the game. On the flip side I think peoples reactions right now are overblown. Quite frankly, I'm appalled at the primadonna behaviour shown by so many. CDPR relented and released, they've been working non stop the past year and its the middle of a goddamn pandemic, of course its going to be buggy and have a rough start but I have no doubt in my mind they'll fix it given the chance and time to do so. I'm loving the game, buggy as it is. I actually think the whiners dont deserve CDPR or CP2077. I may be coming over like a bit of a shill but so be it, I don't care.
They should have delayed the whole game. There is a lot missing they flaunted before launch. The AI is stupid af, and the story is very, VERY linear. GTA V came out in 2013 and it's got way more advanced AI. Heck, the cars don't have horns, no sirens to use in the cop cars, and traffic/ai spawn in and disappear whenever they feel like it, bald character model shadow looks like it's a free asset off Unity Store, and you don't even have a reflection with raytracing on.
Once the honeymoon period is over (I too am enjoying it, but it's far from what I expected) I am sure people will realise just how sloppy this game is in comparison to the vision that was sold to us.
And the arguments around the shareholders being at fault, that is a ridiculous argument. It is upper & project management that are at fault. They're the ones who manage the company's direction and make decisions regarding features being scrapped/making promises they can't keep to consumers & investors. They're just like every other corporation. In it for the money, lost the passion & their focus on gamers.
u should do a list of 10 thing we want to change in cyberpunk2077 fixes and stuff , and get in to the ears of developers in CDPR
The problem is that technology growls much faster than man does and we can't possibly do everything to satisfy everyone.Thats why no game can ever be perfect.Sure,there is greed involved,but most of the negativity isn't worth it.

It made no sense for them wanting to launch the game on every single platform (including stadia). They definitely had room to delay base ps4 and Xbox. I don't understand why they didn't do it
I'm actually enjoying it. To my surprise, it runs really well on my AMD 2600, Sapphire RX590 8 GB PC and looks amazing. Especially driving through the city or wandering around the red light areas and slums. The bugs are annoying, though, worst one for me being the intrusive lower right red UI staying at full on, even with weapons holstered and no calls going on. Oh, and during the Panam quests, driving through her point of view instead of mine, with floating eyeballs and hair.
But. Overall, it's a great game, albeit released too early, although they have had plenty time to iron out any bugs, you would have thought!
On ps4 PRO. 60h in only 3 blue screens. Yes there's a good few graphics bugs kicking about and the odd bit of slow down if I enter say Japan town that's generally more populated. But 95% of those bugs are a quick flicker and don't effect gameplay.
Personally I'm loving the game and looking forward to the corrections and polish that will come. Not the ideal launch but every faith they will get it all sorted
One critically acclaimed game and people think CDPR are on rockstar level they just proved them wrong.
Playing on an Xbox ONE Base Console; have come across some glitches, but the overall quality (innovations) & magic of the game, out way the hiccups and aren’t as bad as people have been reporting.
Graphics or performance with cyberpunk you get neither.

Doesn't this game was targeted for ps4 and xbox one originally?
Definitely should have held off on releasing on the old gen consoles!!!! I have been playing on PC and it runs amazing and I don't have as many bugs as others but I am running it on a newly built maxed spec PC.
