Important Skippy info. ALWAYS choose puppy mode. He swaps to the mode you did not select after 50 kills. If you choose puppy then you get permanent headshots. If you go headshots then after 50 kills you're stuck with puppy mode.
for those of you who want to get skippy don't do what i do. when first offered the choice between puppy loving pacifist and stone cold killer, choose puppy lover first!! after 50 kills he swaps firing mode types and is locked in that mode forever, so if you start stone cold killer congrats you just lost the auto headshot weapon. upvote this so others don't make my mistake… i'll get you next time skippy

I would really like to understand how my level affect item crafting and generation in this game. I just got the rocker foldtop (4:37) and mine has 49.2 armor and just 32 slots (fortunately one is a 15% crit chance so I can use it instead of my other item with the same mod). I'm lv 10 with this char and 28 with another, and there's a HUGE diference in gear stats, but I can't find the formula anywhere.
I found the last one by mistake I was doing parkour and found and killed a bunch of enemies. Then their is was like a treasure chest.

you can change clothes stats by saving then load before you pick it
After you kill 50 enemies with skippy, it will switch to the other mode PERMANENTLY. So if you want headshots only (Cold Blooded Killer mode), choose the pacifist mode and then get 50 kills with it and it will switch to the other mode.

TwoDynamic , if you are making a series of this, I have 2 additions to the list.
1. If you go with Jonny to his favorite club and speak to him. After he leads you to a vendor just outside the location of the former club, you can buy a legendary Samurai jacket that has 100+ armor.
2. Also if you go to Lizzie's bar after you are introduced to Evelyn's friend (cant remember the name) look around and you will find an iconic Pistol (I think it's called Lizzy).
3. Last but not least in the mission to rescue Evelyn, in the compound of the bad guys, in a box in a secluded room, you can find a awesome sniper rifle (it's either blue of green quality). The stats are similar to the craftable sniper you showed in this video, but with no level limitation. Now the best part about this weapon is that it SHOOTS THROUGH WALLS. Meaning you enter a compound, hide yourself, find a camera, do a Ping (it will reveal the position of all the enemies in the compound) and simply headshot all the enemies through the walls and barricades.
Νice stolen video, you know why i know it? Because you forgot something very important with the skippy weapon, if you do 50 kills in the mode you choose to auto aim for headshots it changes to an another mode wich shoots the other limbs forever so you should choose carefully.

Heres a tip: before checking the legendary items, save first away from the item. You can reload your save if you don’t like the specs on it. You can get lucky and get 4 slots on your equips with extra legendary mods attached to it.

Should make a video on how you can use the gorilla arms "restore stamina to full after a kill" legendary mod to give your katanas an insanely broken passive that lets you go through the entire game without having to think about stamina ever again.
