Ox hot tip for epic and legendary components pluss eddies… Best method…buy up every single drink out of drink machines (Only drinks) disassemble all drinks now exchange back and forth selling greens for epic and legendary components from componant vender….from drink you also make money from the cost of the drinks to the selling price of components you will get from breaking them down..no brainer you will get all components you want pluss flush with eddies..if vendor runs out wait 24 hours..best method by far!

I always keep one melee and one ranged weapon that' strictly used for Regina's cyberpsychos as she prefers them brought in alive and for any other quests that call for non lethal resolutions. BTW, the quote about Caesar and Alexander was from Plutarch's "Lives".

If the last bit of damage is non lethal then you capture them alive. So take them down with whatever then finish them off with a blunt weapon. The System Reset Hack is supposed to instantly defeat cyberpsychos in a non lethal manner.
I think the nanowire might be used more for limb removal but i don’t really know
Edit: when you got the pistol from winning the shooting contest, the gun had a special ability where the bullet spread reduces by %80 each shot
