Ay bro, i have a rtx 3060 ti and 600 watt be quiet but only a 1080p monitor. Should i let it how it is or buy a 1440p monitor or a new cpu?

Well this is weird, I have an i5 9600K and the exact same model as you of the RTX 3060, and I get FPS downgrades even to 35, my card is not overclocked nor the CPU, what should I do?
PS: I rarely get 60 fps… only closed areas.
Meanwhile my game crashes on +120 core +600 memory with 3060 ti and thats with core voltage unlocked and power target at max %
Is it okay to pair it with Ryzen 5 3500x🤔

45fps on Medium 2560*1080
why is this so choppy even at 60fps+? Hitman 3 is simply fluid even at 40 fps+..
i think 3060ti not enough for FHD in ultra setting, minimal 3070 with mid-high end cpu
At least its getting better, slowly but surely getting there
