Ok, forget moving the car, it doesn't do anything. When going and killing the 3 in the back jump on the dumpsters in the other corner. This gets you just far enough to get a 100% respawn, otherwise i was getting about 50%. Eventually the 3 in the back will stop spawning all together. Nothing will fix this. Not even fast travel. You can farm skill xp for reflexes, cool and intelligents Tons of pants, shoes, and pistols And some knives. Also picked up some Target analysis cyberware which sells for 312 each. Make sure to dismantle all the pistols and knifes before selling them because the parts sell for double on average. Edit: forget the guys in the back. Run towards the check point. When you get to the road turn left and after the covered area there will be another group of 3.
Thank you. The corner enemies wouldnt spawn was stuck with the first 3 for a while. Got bored so i decided to just go around the whole back alley and kill all the enemies. Made a loop back and they all respawned again so just a little something.
farm XP? i got like 11XP per kill. That's not much of a "farm". Street Cred is not XP but there was 10 times more of that than the regular XP which levels your character. So far main story progression and resolving Police Crimes are my biggest source of regular XP. Hell, I'm practically NCPD with all the crimes i've resolved. just need the badge and uniform to make it official. maybe i can rob a dead cop…

the group of enemies in the corner by the police cars don't respawn for me, only the 3 at the car that you move.
