  1. Plague won't help suicide spread. It says "Quickhacks that spread jump to one additional target" – Suicide doesn't spread.
You can get an operating system that allows ultimate quickhacks to jump to an additional target, but that doesn't make plague affect the quickhack – it's the OS and not the hack that spreads. I forgot what the OS called, though. It's a legendary, and I imagine that it requires something like 18 intelligence.
It does reduce the cooldowns and activation time by a lot as well. I definitely enjoyed using it. With enough intelligence to unlock the legendary quickhack crafting, the hacks become incredibly powerful. The legendary ping allows all of your quickhacks to be cast even when you don't have line of sight of an enemy for instance, allowing you to kill enemies without them ever having a chance to spot you.

  2. the best part about this series is if you have been paying attention as the videos go on, you start to notice that Pally's V/O of playing the game sounds more and more like V's voicelines, like the two are fusing into one.
