I was thinkig about this video and my German friend, it seems you read my mind, may i ask for a help, i have a Nvidia graphics Ge Force 970m, an LG monitor with 60 Hz of FreshRate connected via HDMI, 16gb of RAM all i get is like 40-50, theres a way this can be improved with the rig i have, i know its a little bit old, im trying really hard to get one new, but i have this to play and Videogame design, theres a way this can improve? i've seen people playing with the same Graphic card and having 60-70 FPS, much appreciated for your work on YT
Extremely important to note and something all of these performance videos seem to get wrong: If you have an intel cpu turn the only physical core option on and for amd leave it turned off. I have an amd and leaving it off gives me much better performance.

I had lot of fps troubles since lot of videos recommended to leave texture quality to high. Trust me, go as low as you can with it and try playing. I went from 20 fps to 60 fps and looks didn't change too much. Try it and thank me later.
