There are no "lucky" items or weapons, you can die at any time with any loadout, thats getting Tarkov'd.
If you say "Heh, I can't die with this X" the Law of Tarkov states you will die next raid with X.

Never reach the front of the mall without stamina, I usually stop running a bit ahead to save stamina to cross the last non covered area faster
Backside Interchamge spawns are at the least 15 seconds faster to techlight than any other spawn.
