The SKS is one of the most reliable and highly recommended weapons in Escape from Tarkov. It also happens to be one of the quietest guns in the game. This makes it a solid solo-player weapon because of it’s relatively cheap AP ammo (competitively speaking) and it’s solid stats with a suppressor.
In this video I use a Valday SKS Suppressed and go hunting for players.

This wipe has been so interesting. Everybody has infinite money but instead of everyone running meta loadouts all the time people are experimenting with fun builds and weird setups instead.

I often wonder how the SKS, firing the 7.62×39 round, sounds quieter than half the 5.45 AKs, but, I’m not complaining tho
Finished 2 quests on woods with silenced one.
I normally run the same sort of SKS set up but with a canted sight on the side for close engagements. Saved my arse on multiple occasions.
Idk when you made this video but when I played a couple of days ago I saw that bp rounds were at like 1.3k lol so I guess if you haven’t done the quest to unlock them then forget about it.
But then again, I did buy like 80 rnds for 100k cuz it’s a game after all

How did they nurf the suppressorm
They need to fix the wording on that balaclava quest and let people know any of the balaclava face coverings work like the momex and cold fear and that you don’t need a scav vest.
He was kinda new, seasoned players should know the Punisher part 4 is bugged and you only need the balaclava still.
