Wood is slowly becoming my fav chilling map.
the fact that u have to do this to navigate a map is dumb as fuck
my tactic , that couldn't be the best one is stick with the mines signals on the right/left (depends where you are going) and keep an eye to the electric poles as a landmark.
I was kiiled 3 times on mines have conflicted feelings on them 🙁
Finally won a couple firefights, felt like a boss, ran to exit, NOPE MINES, legs blown up, didnt make it to exit time up FUUUUUUUU

I spawned and took few steps and blew up by mines, this game map is broke

3:40 got in a 1v3 in this exact location, killed 2 and the third stepped on mines and killed himself lol. There are mines in the grass right in front of those rocks where he is.
died to the mines on a night raid when I couldn't see the sign. Next run I go day time and hear mines going off. Head over to check out who hit the mines and run into a 3 man. Me and my buddy hit multiple mines trying to fight them and almost end up dying. Even though that fight felt totally rigged it was a unique experience that made tarkov feel fresh to me

I was in the middle of a fire fight and walked over a booby trap mine on a lootable dead scav prop’d up against a tree. It scared the living shit out of me and gave me away.
People will hate me for that but in future they should change the damage of the mines, makes no sense that you survive it…
