If you really want Venti then going for him immediately is fine, the same thing applies to if you really want Childe. This is just mainly for the people that want to maximize their accounts while using as minimal primogems as possible as far as summoning on multiple banners.
If I don't get venti at my non-guaranteed 50/50 I'll be crying myself to sleep for weeks

As f2p or light spender, the first thing I've come to term with is that you can't get everything
I'm doing okay in the abyss even without Venti, and since I already have Childe I gonna wait and save some primos in case Zhongli's banner came back again
Also kinda shitty though, if there was that third unit, they should put a red text in the patch notes, so at least we dont fuck up. Either way I really do not know a character I want more than Venti, I really dont see myself needing or wanting zhongli more than him. If it is three weeks i really have no reason to miss venti because i have enough primos for another 5 star by the end of 1.4, so most likely a win win situation.
Will the childe banner come only after venti has ended? Or will there be a point where both banners are there at the same time

So i have all 3 characters, Hu Tao, Venti and Childe. They are all fully built however, if i had to choose between them I’d definitely summon on the Venti Banner. Not a big fan of Venti’s looks however, he’s literally the one character that straight up carried me to 36 stars since the original Spiral Abyss. His Q is too powerful and in my opinion everyone should try and roll for him but then again you can definitely beat everything in the game without him so it all depends on the person.
I think it's safe for those who want to pull for Venti to pull for him because we didn't official know about Hu Tao's banner until the last week of Keqing's.
So we won't know anything during Venti's banner. A smart marketing strat to make sure people don't change their mind to pull for Venti haha.
Even if there's a new character hidden I'd still say pull for Venti because you know how good he is but you don't know how good the new character will be and they'll get a rerun eventually.

For me Venti is an easy skip, however I feel like for whoever you pull,….when the 1.5 livestream shows up and if they announce dendro characters…….you could potentially be in bad shape with primos if your F2P
