If you are curious about that thing on the back of kiana. Its a serum that suppress the hersscher. Suppress only. But i really recommend you enjoy the game to see the whole story though.
Himeko Murate didn't die, she was Isekai'd to Teyvat and became the Pyro Archon, Murata.
that chapter were named "Journey for Tomorrow" the name is kinda sus! And then Amazing Grace started playing in chapter 11 EX CG….
I love how noone notices Himeko´s seiyuu is the same as Lisa from Genshin
