Hu Tao is insanely strong! If you don’t have a Staff of Homa and you’re C0, It’s best to use either Jade spear or Deathmatch. She will still do an insane amount of damage.

Since we don't have the Staff of Homa, we focused on the DPS build first with a balanced CRIT rate to CRIT Damage ratio.
Will try to farm more books to level up her ultimate and showcase her burst damage next time!

Staff Of Homa is always BiS. She is definitely a burst dps, because she needs her e and she doesnt have full uptime on it. Hp% is worth more than atk% atleast by current opinion.

imo barbara and bennett are the worst to pair up with hu tao due to the nature of her passive and elemental burst. a xingqiu replacing barbara for the vaporize proc coupled with the speed she attacks and reliable pyro application seems to be stronger to me. bennett is an extremely strong character for all characters but he tends to overheal hu tao which is what you'd want to avoid honestly and keep her below 50% hp to keep the pyro buff ongoing. hu tao herself has a lot of self sustain and is very self sufficient while also being less selfish unlike klee or xiao since she brings a 12% critrate buff to the team after using her burst. but ofc it's just personal opinion and everyone is free to play whatever comp they want as long as they have fun so take it with a grain of salt 🙂

Dude i think you should replace your sand with health cause your E will not get higher dmg i recommend HP sand with ton of crit dmg
