These are actually some very interesting theories, good job!
Who cares? If you want her then you just have time to save and pull on other characters. 99% of you won't be getting her anyway since 99% of you don't spend money or have primogems. This is especially bad if her banner is run so soon. If anything you should be pushing for Xiao banner to last LONGER. This would reduce the desire and need to spend more money. Are people really that incompetent?
Honestly, I really hope Hu Tao comes later. I want to get Xiao and if Hu Tao comes in the same patch I have basically a 0% chance of getting both of them. That honestly would make me sad lol.
Hu Tao being released on 1.4 and during the Qingming festival makes sense, but revealing her spear on 1.3 doesn't make sense…
I think it's going to be Zhongli rerun. When 1.3 comes up, everyone will be gushing how Zhongli is "so good" and "changes everything" – and people who don't have him will definitely would like to roll. Only sensible to have his banner up during the hype.
