This is for you guys who got the skyward spine
the sky has ER on sub stat so what does this means ?
According to the mathematics in this video the jade R1 with 7 stacks will do like 38.340 and this means 30.672 per second "xaio can do 12 plung with every ult" .. sky will do like 28.987 and this mean 23.190 per second .. A very big difference, isn't it? .. but if xaio with the skyward recharge his ult faster than the jade by only 5 sec this will give an advantage to the sky by : 5 ร 23.190 = 115,950 .. so in total And after using the ult ร 2 .. the total damage with the sky will be 927.588 .. and 920.160 with the jade .. What I want to say is that "the sky" isnโt that bad for xaio So, do not be sad .. the sky is a 5* weapon for a reason .
Note: I have not calculated the time it took for Jade to complete all its seven stacks
I won't be getting Xiao so not running into this, but shop weapons are such a double-edged sword, pun not intended.
On one hand, it seems to be a guaranteed F2P way to get a nice weapon and even refinements down the line, that's even more unique since prototype drops SLOW DOWN with world level increase… But I just can't slow down my road to pity, I put so much value in my overal character roster.
Same with shop characters, I much prefer to wait for banners and try my luck since you do get more overal value, it'd take something huge missing from my account and no banner/rolls in sight to give me a chance at it for me to do it, maybe if I was a Tartaglia main and Fischl is in the shop etc., and I failed to get her from a banner she was just on. Another scenario is if I'm right up on pity and saving it for a banner, even if it's just to make those periods less boring.
Then there's the constellation question that came up a lot with the free character event announcement, I'm one off from Xiangling C4 which is great, but she's so high it feels like a matter of time before I'm maxed on her anyway, whereas I have no Beidou yet nor a use for her/the means to invest, but chances are I'll be glad to have picked Beidou before long, something tells me I won't be able to roll much on her next banner either. If I had a Wanderer's set for Ganyu I'd probably go for immediate gratification with Xiangling just because there's a chance it'll take very long before I get C4 otherwise, but I feel like it'll be ages before I get good Wanderer's anyway, so tricky.

i got the primordial spear a few weeks ago luckily and later i decided to get xiao too, because before i dont know why, but i didnt want him before…
now im almost done gathering all the things to get him to lvl 90, except of course the juvenile jade, if that will be definitely his ascending item then.
the spear is already ready at 90 for him! …that is if i can get him at all

i think you overvalue crit rate because you would take different artifacts if you had a crit rate weapon

I'm pure f2p, not low spender, so I thought that Blackcliff Pole would the best possible option for me, that's why I bought one copy of it, and am gonna buy more later if I don't get any five star spears in the mean time! ๐
The crit dmg stat is really valuable and perfectly counters his crit rate ascension stat!

Took it as a sign. Also there is no Main Anemo DPS since Venti/Sucros is more of a OP Support, so its win-win.
my artifact for Xiao have 180% crit dmg bonus…
so i choose deathmatch for crit rate :c since his ascension stats is crit rate… my Xiao will have 180% c.dmg bonus and 60% crit rate without any buff (at lvl 90 ofc)
