I think the perfect Build for Zhongli would be 4 piece Tenacity with a Nuke build, so you get the best of both worlds, but it would cost too much resin so idk

Black tassel is very good for Zhongli since his burst and shield matters in his hp. Not to mention, you can clear floor 11 in chamber 1 pretty quickly😂.

Considering a lv. 8 talent. I know it depends on how much you can dodge, but in your experience, what's a comfortable amount? So that you're not worried that the shield might break if you take this or that hit
