Don’t toy with my feelings please. I plan on spending my primos on Ganyu. But if Zhongli banner will be soon after Xiao/Kuhching banner, I’ll hold off for Ganyu and I’ll go for Zhongli instead. BUT if Zhongli won’t have a re-run, then I would have missed Ganyu. So don’t toy with my feelings. I’m very weak and vulnerable now. Haha. 😂

It really wasn't surprising that Xiao would come in early February due to Chinese New Year, but I just don't get how this is connected with the Hu Tao banner and Zhongli rerun, which are not confirmed neither do they have something hinting that they will come as early as March

I believe this leak since I knew about Keqing banner a long time ago from Chinese leakers, they said Xiao>Keqing >HuTao. Many other stuff that became truth and finally Paimon reset will be Noelle and Beidou which We will find out in a couple of days.

I think Hu Tao will make an appearance or at least a cameo in the story.
They just have too many Voice Lines made so they clearly have a contract agreement with Hu Tao's voice actors, it'll be a waste for Mihoyo if they dont make the most out of the services they paid for.
It might also explain why they decided to announce the Art Contest really early, despite it starting on 2/18.
Winners will have their work posted up the billboards of the official site. As we all know, her character design still isnt offical, so drawing leaked content will disqualify your work no matter how good it is.
BUT. If Hu Tao makes an official debut? Artists would be able to include her in their work, because some may have already started since the contest was announced.
