I know we don't talk about Sky Williams anymore, but his old solo queue philosophy of "Dick Sucking Theory" is a really good set of empowering behaviors for soloq/team environment.
If someone does something well in-game, and you tell them what a good job they're doing, they are more likely to continue making smart plays in order to maintain the expectation you've set for them
