They missed the perfect opportunity to fix adc and support…
Give the support an item that lets allied champions gain full exp when near you (although you were not there), this means adcs would be able to level up as if they had a solo lane and supports would level slowly as usual so if they both get fed the 8/0 adc can finally rival the 8/0 top lane. Because right now an adc and support can do really well and lose because their opponents top lane goes 8/0 and can murder them even if your adc is 8/0… because the top lane gets full lane exp and your adc is 3 levels behind…
Top lane also gets a benefit, because usually they win lane and are able to sustain and stick about to stay on the waves constantly. This means the only shot an adc can kill the top lane is before they back for items by sacrificing their exp and time further to head top and take the shutdown gold.
Unless they lock the mythics to certain champions, which would ruin the sandbox nature we all love… the items won't fix the adc issue.
