I want a nerf for Fizz and Akali jeez… Fizz at lvl 3 just press Q W and half of your life it´s gone or E QW to you and it´s the same in the early game it´s so tanky and impossible to hit, then Akali i permaban her but if don´t someone plays her and it´s frustrating to play against a champ that has Q every 2 second and deals 300 damage and her W restores the energy (and the passive too) her E in the midgame to the lategame deals 700 dmg and with insane mobility it´s impossible to escape from her with her slow in the Q
I hate play against those champions, you know the feel to play against someone who has 4 or 3 dashes and oneshot someone

Meanwhile Galio passive no longer reduced with Ability Haste like CDR used to do and riot has no word on it, its an insane nerf to his dmg output and waveclear but obviously thats not a problem..
I alwyas kept playing Samira even with the nerfs. But the character clealy has become weaker and weaker. Lots of times if you have a bad start it's really difficult doing something useful. And they won't stop nerfing her! Thanks Riot!
Riot is a whole joke at this point. They really merged 5/6 ap items and not the assassin ones…
This season is more geared towards casting spells rather than prolonged fights, so seeing buffs for adc's items doesnt suprise me at all ahaha

This is stupidest list of changes I could have thought up. Nerfing mages in about 10 ways….One of the few classes that takes some skill. Meanwhile, champions like Yone get to be way too strong for months and nobody at Riot gives half a shit.
So lets nerf all ap items but let ad assassin items untouched Ad assassins can stack so easily ability haste and armor penetrarion (Seryldas grudge!!!!!) while ap items will left in the dust. Lichbane is worse than season 10 and ludens also such a bad item now.
The shield breaking mechanic for that item is quite frankly some of the most bizzare and stupid shit riot's ever made.
I can see this work only for some champs with insignificantly small shields that you'd rather burst down than wait out the duration.
I would never use this anti-shield item vs a lulu or a janna it just makes no sense to hit people at their shield, when you can wait it out, play it slow…
like what is the math to ability haste?
