  1. the liandries is so good, but with all the true damage and %magic pen, I'm wonder if people are even going to bother with armor or mr anymore. ludens or that frost item is probably the standard for most mages

  2. IDK but i've watched alot of videos for the past 3 days everyone saying "How do I know it's mythic, they should show that" or "They should change the shop to easier navigate" when Riot already did both and the words are glaring right in front of you. Seriously frustrating.

  3. Why did they change CDR into Spell Haste? Probably to allow you to stack it

    As currently the more CDR you have the more powerful it is… for example going from 100s —> 90s cooldown is 10% reduction in cooldown while going from 70s —> 60s is a about 14.3% reduction in cooldown (if it was 10% it would go from 70 —-> 63) this is why CDR needs a hard cap

    While Ability Haste gives you the same % reduction in cooldown with each point so there isn't a need to hard cap it (that's the idea at least if it turns out any good well… who knows)

  4. @Zwag Xerath They changed CDR so you can go over the cap, but the problem was due to how it scaled it would be too strong. For an exaggerated example going from 80% CDR to 90% CDR, while only 10% it's actually doubling how many spells you can cast. In this way CDR gets much much better the more of it you have and caused a balance problem. Ability haste simply increases how many spells you can cast in a given time period rather than specifically altering the cooldown of a skill. It's more like attack speed now.

  5. Ability haste is not exponential like cooldown. Like 15 ability haste means you cast 15% more often, but with ability Cooldown 15 means you cast 30% more often

  6. damage creep is fantastic this game was fun in season 2-5 when you could solo carry by being good. there was too many years of balance patches for force 5v5 or 4v2 with teleport
