Covid has impacted certain companies more than others…. I install and service all major brands, and I've hit snags with every brands since covid…..EXCEPT the infamous goodman????
this is the reason why we should not get caught up in BRANDS….at the end of the day all products are equal if installed properly … I have goodman ac/s and furnaces in the field that have outlasted carriers, rheems, Lennox,and tranes… JUST SAYING…. THERES ALOT of so called installers/sidejobbers who deny installing goodman??? STOPTHE BS
My town now has a Johnstone SupplyHouse. It’s a very well managed store. Great customer service. I buy most everything from them. Before Johnstone came to town, all we had was a United Refrigeration store. United had the entire market and they were really charging us high prices.
