What’s up guys and gals, I’m Kage848. I love to make videos for Youtube, mostly early access survival games like 7 Days to Die, Empyrion, Raft, Mist Survival, The Forest, and more! I also dabble in City Builders and strategy games like Civilization 5, Civilization 6, Dawn of Man, Stonehearth, Factorio and Rim World. I do at least two videos everyday of mainly tutorials, let’s plays and general gameplay footage. Thanks for watching my videos.

This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

  1. Kage, I made Resources Storage II near other towns earlier in the game. Later when I could build Resource Storage III I went to their locations, got into their chest and unloaded all the resources I would need to build Resource Storage III. After that I destroyed the Storage II and replaced it with Storage III. Easy peasy. You could go to a NEW location where you haven't built yet and build a level I for cheap then repeat the process of taking out what you need for the level III and destroying and rebuilding.

  2. I hope they will eventually remove the unstuck command, or keep it in, but have it only move you a few steps. I see no reason to have it transport you to the middle of the map.
Also i like that saving and relogging during a quest means you get less/no reward.. Because that "trick" was an exploit. Well it would be in just about any other game.
Yes it took time finding enough wolves without it, but map really isnt that big, and if you can finish any quests in like 2 seconds, then quests will get boring really fast.
Also Kage, why did you not use the Rocks you had in your Mine Chest?, there was quite a few in there.. Thou i guess maybe you did off-screen?.

  3. Really need to rethink the children in the game. I'd love to see an 'apprenticeship' for kids, maybe when they are 6+ they can have chores, then when they turn 10-12 have them assigned to workstations as apprentices, they can add a small amount to the total production, and it could raise their skills. So much potential, maybe at 10 they have a 'decision day' where the town comes together that night to celebrate them growing up and choosing a trade? It would be nice if there are celebrations each season, at the tavern or communal fire. Another thing I think will add a lot of gameplay would be medicine, have a dedicated healer with a few tonics and remedies they make. Like I said, so much potential. Really loving the gameplay Kage!

  4. Build a level 1 storage temporarily in the location you want to access your stone in the collective storage and then build the level 3 storage, then destroy the level 1 once the level 3 is up.

  5. I just go to Hornica and the entire population of lycanthropes descend on me. Doesn't matter if I already killed 100 of them the last time I was in the area. They are like Morkvarg from The Witcher 3.

  6. I'm an idiot. I'm glad I watch your series on this. I take all the quests, and I do the save/reload for hunting ones. I get the quests done, but always wondered why the rewards changed. I never thought that reloading reduced rewards, because it doesn't make sense it would. Now I know better!
Regarding kids taking up a population spot… I'm at a point I need 15,000 dynasty points to recruit new villagers. The kids in my village will be 18 before I hit that mark, so I'm extremely thankful for them, since they're the only things that will populate my town now. We want to grow our town fast, but respect to the devs for pacing things the way they do, and the planning for how players progress. I love this game.

  7. The thing that annoys me about the wolf quests is that say that they are in danger of wolves but you have to go out of your way to look for them. I personally think the quest should spawn wolves near by or the towns people are just sending you to kill them for no reason it seems like lol

  8. This vid might be old enough now that I post my findings on hunting quests.

You get a hunting quest to slay 14 Boar/Wolf/Boar/Bear, (yes, they actually have boar in there twice instead of Weisent er Buffalo)
Go into the woods where boar or wolves spawn, slay them, drop a quicksave, reload game, slay them again.
Cheating yes kinda, but with the super slow travel speeds, large number of animals to hunt, and low spawn rates, it balances out just fine.
The quest takes way too long to complete for the minimal amount of dynasty points you receive.
