diplomacy might be for the tavern where people drink so she can sell more ( because she's a good talker) ?
Wouldn't it make sense to have NPCs that are good at excavation be in the towns near mines and mountains?

The reason you were getting +0 in your dialogues (Diplomacy) is that you were %4 stinky (needed a bath)

You can even lower your taxes with diplomacy
A little income hint:
During winter season (when rocks are easier to get) turn them into throwing stones (workshop bench) 1 rock (weights 1kg and sell for 1 gold) can be turn into 5 throwing stones , and the 5 combined still weight 1kg , but sells for 2 gold each . So you get 10 gold from each stone , and crafting points too

Someone of the devellopers watched this and video and now they patched it out! you can no longer get the scythe from that building and can no longer harvest the fields of NPC.
You can buy a wooden campfire….. um what other kind of campfire would there be?
I mean, I've heard of some old travelers in wagon trains using buffalo 'chips' as campfire fuel, but that's not usually an option in these games…

Yea you need a field worker and a farmer. That way one harvest the field and one turns it into food

I hope the devs give us more variety in the look of the villages and the clothing of the villagers. It can be hard to tell them apart. I’d like to see them equip clothing appropriate to the task they’ve been assigned . Early access I know, but I hope the devs have it planned.

All the people I have seen that I can recruit has 1 and 2's. It kinda sucks
If you equip the stolen item in your quick slot, it removes its stolen identity. @4:18 notice how he equipped it and it no longer shows as Stolen(red) in his inventory.

cards, donkeys to use for pulling cards or help on the farming, horses also to pull carriages and cards and used for riding would be amazing. Also fishing nets, small boat to go enjoy some fishing
Diplomacy might be for if they add Trading, a trader from your village would need to be good with people. Would be cool if they allowed you to set up routes.

it is really sad that the prices for things you make are so low and they charge 200 to 1000 for items you get maybe 18 money for items you make so you have to resort to picking berries to make money. which I am thankful for. but it sucks that that isthe way they have it. really dumb and taxes were never that high in those days. Wish they would give a excavating to get rid of the hugh bushes that get in the way of everything tried to use the garden idea they suggested but hen you get charged taxes for a garden thatis just there to clear the land.
During Winter look along the areas next to water. Loads of stone near lakes along the shore.

I'd try for 6s but probably no less than 5 since the scale seems to be between 1-6 3 and 4 seem poor bad lower than 3 good more than 4 maybe?

So if you buy a pickaxe, you can get massive amounts of stone from the caves!!!!
If you just want to sell raw resources, you can sell between 700-1000 straw from just grabbing reeds and make $1000 very quickly.
You CAN use the sythes, on your own farming and since they're $600 each, they're very worth it!
