Ben's Video Game Hunting – I bought a MASSIVE collection and filled a car!

What started as just looking into a modded Game Gear turned into an entire collection pick up. I can’t keep all of this stuff but we added some real gems to the collection. Please do me a huge favor and Like/Thumbs Up/Comment and most importantly Subscribe as it really helps the channel be seen so I can do more videos and share more stuff! Hit me up on Instagram if you are interested in any doubles or trades. Thanks!

  1. I would really like to see those modded systems in action. Maybe you can make separate videos for all of those. I am especailly interested in the PSIO, the PS2 and the Sega Saturn. I don't know how any of that stuff works, but that was so great to get it all from one guy.

  2. Solid pickup. Some of the modded systems like the 2DS and PSP are just software mods so not too much extra value there, but the hardware modded systems are a treat. I dig the case swapped ps1s and the pc engine, though xstation has kinda sorta surpassed PSIO at this point. I’ve been debating getting an SSD3 or recapping/modding my Duo, but at this point I’m sorta just leaning towards getting Analogue’s PCE system and calling it a day since I don’t have much interest in dropping the cash on imports.

Of course the big score is that Framemeister. I’d consider cashing it out ASAP and putting the money towards a Retrotink 5x that goes on sale this weekend. I have a feeling that once it’s widely available interest in the framemeister is going to dip since the 5x can do motion adaptive deinterlacing for 480i content. I built a GBS Control recently (mostly for 480i content) and MAD is a major improvement for PS2 games over typically Bob deinterlacing.
