  1. 9 minutes into the deep dive and there is absolutely zero new info apart from announcing a Road Map that is planned to be released later in the summer followed by a very cushy, but nice interview with Scott.

  2. can someone who plays MMOs from back in the day (like OG runescape, SWG, everquest, CoH etc) and has tried this game tell me if this is sandbox or themepark or atleast sandboxyish??? …. Im tired of like grinding for the sake of grinding MMOs with no trading, no need to interact with other players, centralized trading hubs that auto exchange everything….

  3. Come on you guys, this gets hyped up as a "deep dive" and there is nothing new here, all old footage. IDK who is running the marketing, but you guys just keep tripping yourself before the race has even began. I REALLY want New World to succeed! You guys need to invest in the community and do some damage control.

  4. Let's gooooooo! I am so pumped for this game. We've all been waiting for a game like this for a long time. I can't wait to get started on account building & late game pvp!

  5. Forgive me if i'm skeptical about this game when the devs actually gave serious thought to making fast travel a microtransaction, something literally no dev ever considers because they automatically know how monumentally stupid that idea is without having to be told so.

  6. The combat is a differentiator? Yeah, it's clunky and annoying. The combat was BY FAR my biggest gripe during the beta. I like the visuals, I like the casual nature of the game, I like the character progression but the combat is just soooo dull. It tries to be Dark Souls but with rubber banding and desync. There's a reason why the biggest MMOs use tab targeting. This is also something that I think will be awful in AoC. Combining huge outdoor sieges with soemthing that requires precision is just really questionable design, in my opinion.
