VALHEIM – Bonemass – Boss Guide

How to kill the third boss in Valheim, Bonemass!
I feel this is the one I have received the most comments about, as it has quite a strict requirement in terms of weapon type and mead preparation. If you come unprepared, it will take soo long to kill and you will die from one or two hits of poison. You can CHEESE it by standing on top of the skull and shooting it, but we don’t do Cheese here on this channel… I dislike cheese.

  2. You have armor that shows you found silver.. why not show just making frost arrows and staying back to kill it? i killed it with troll armor and frost arrows solo.. easiest boss yet.. Good luck to you all that want to facetank it..

  4. Absolutely nothing in the game hints that it would be weak against blunt before the fight so unless you know or seen a guide, it's impossible to prep for it. I first went in with a bow and my best arrows (iron) it chug down 1000+ and only took down 2/3rd of its HP. 2nd time I went in with black iron axe, healing mead and stamina mead. It was better, but still, I had to gulp down 10-15 healing mead and same amount of Stamina mead. I also tried building around it, spikes etc, but still, it's a pain with anything other than blunt, which was never even hinted at as far as I know..
