  1. Managed to get this working with the help of this guide, many thanks. So far I've been unable to migrate a world to my server, tried replacing the .fwl and .db files with ones from another install, but they are just ignored and new ones created in their place.

  2. @toon v.h, If you type ./vhserver , you will get all commands for LinuxGsm listed.

So if it says Commands : update-lgsm, then don't type that, but what's behind it, so "ul".

In this case then: ./vhserver ul

or first ./vhserver m, then: ./vhserver dt, then: ./vhserver ul, and last but not least : ./vhserver cu, and if there is a new version of the game, then: ./vhserver sp, then: ./vhserver u, so all steps are done !

Hope I could explain it so far, so that it comes over understandably.

  4. Hello, I have a question about the ports, these are 2456, 2457 & 2458.

Well, my server runs with TCP and UDP on 2546, you have to log in on 2457.

How is that if I still run a 2tn or 3rd server, the logical it would be to run the 2nd server on 2458, but then the Querry is on 2459 ?

Is it possible to start 2 more servers, with 2457 /2458, and the other then with 2458/2459 ?

    lg

  5. Hi when I run ./vhserver start it does not go through the loading like yours does. Any idea what could be causing this?

    It says:
[ OK ] Starting vhserver: NAME
    [vhserver@Valheim-Dedicated ~]$

Checked steam and cannot locate it with IP:2456/7
