This is not a tutorial on how you should build your house, but an overview of the mechanics to look for when building. We will cover a more comprehensive building in our actual playthrough of the game.(Flatten land, roofing, complex walls, ect).
I've spent four hours trying to build a damn roof I'm about to scream.
I have a problem, my roof collapses for a tower on my house, is there a limit for heights? here is an image https://ibb.co/rsjDk7T , https://ibb.co/tzBDmjF
How do you build a roof over a door?
Dude awesome vid short and to the point thank you so much. keep up content like this you'll do well. Took me ages to get the subscribers i got now but its stuff like this that makes it where its at! Good at it man
Mine is just a rectangle with 2 layers of walls on top of each other, no floor, and a 45 thatch roof on each side that meet in the middle so my roof looks like this (sides are just 2 high, free-standing walls) _^^_, no beams anywhere. and it stays up perfectly fine. I actually didn't know things could collapse or that there were beams
beams don't add structural support, its how far a piece is away from the foundation which is the ground itself. You can build a building just with without any beams at all
