  1. imo just fix the lag happening when you walk around big builds with moats and flattened plots etc and the wolves despawning thing when youre attempting to tame them thing and I'm happy with the game. Things spawning inside objects and being unreachable + the invis durability bar are the other bugs I noticed but not too bad. Cant wait for the content updates, but definitely needs to work on loading terrain edit issues tho.

  2. I really hope they don't go for a proper pvp mode. there are plenty of games with pvp and base building that already work really well. it would just split their focus and slow development of each mode down.

  3. my is hope is their original team is working on valheim. and then they can just make a new game where the new expanded team will work on. in this way new guy wouldn't touch this gem of a game.

  4. Two things they could add to encourage exploring farther and farther away:

    1. The farther away you go from the starting point, the better the perks and rewards you get. Like more consentrated resource deposits, "easier" dungeons or slightly weaker bosses. Or the true form of a boss.

    2. Unique content like NPCs that only appear at a certain minimum distances from the spawning point or special locations like towns or dungeons.

That would be awesome and would keep the players interested in exploring.
Also, some sort of raven helper that will tell you that you are in the vecinity of some of this things with something like a riddle or poem (or series of those).

  5. They seem to be as competent a team as Ark where they take the money and reinvest in the project. That didn't happen with The Isle, and that game is still in the same state as it was in the beginning….. six years ago.

  6. I think using a 1 h sword without a shield should put the sword into 2h mode and then buff its slashing but not any element dmg like the dyrnwyn should do 70 2h and 55 1h but I think it’ll get buffed when it comes out since it’s end game sword

  7. The bow and arrow isnt really op atleast on its own. it only deals average of 20 damage (atleast with me with draughr fang on 5th boss) abusing ai is where i got advantage also shot the 5th boss at range after certain distance didnt hit him as i was watching his health and no damage was even dealt.

  8. I think the fact that it's a PvE focussed game makes this game so special. Finally not a single person roaming the land to spawn point to one shot noobs.

Or seeing half broken down or "optimized"impenetrable castles while your new base gets demolished daily.

I still remember Ark where each time you logged out, you came back and you found yourself floating in the sea and had to start over again from scratch. If you could dodge the 20 Trex on the spawn.

I am personally a huge fan of PvP, but PvP in multiplayer survival games always takes the worst out of the player base,
