What’s up guys and gals, I’m Kage848. I love to make videos for Youtube, mostly early access survival games like 7 Days to Die, Empyrion, Raft, Mist Survival, The Forest, and more! I also dabble in City Builders and strategy games like Civilization 5, Civilization 6, Dawn of Man, Stonehearth, Factorio and Rim World. I do at least two videos everyday of mainly tutorials, let’s plays and general gameplay footage. Thanks for watching my videos.

This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

Thats a fine tower man
Make a boundary of your base with 3 walls side by side so can walk it
Like a fort.
Ok the iron beams are your secret to going high I saw 25 floors, so add those to go higher
Mist lands are scattered around. The Ash Lands are to the south. There is also a arctic biome of some sort, but I forgot what it is called. Each will have resources to unlock new recipes, new enemies, and a new boss of some sort. I hope some of the new armor unlocks abilities like faster stamina recover or faster speed, resistance against an elemental damage, or something else like that and not just be extra damage resistance.
I would like to point out that viking hell was helhiem and it was cold. Not hot. Musphelhiem is hot in viking legend
Little tip; you can run with a shovel or hammer with no, zero stamina drain, run and jump and get the skill for run and jump, as you're travelling around. You actually run faster with a shovel or hammer equipped also. A life save and great exploration means.
Also, i found Mist Lands closer to the North Equater
You can use the woden metal beams to secure the stone and build exponantially higher than just with stone
Take your corners up further
Far North Biome, Mistlands, Ashlands
Keep going there is plenty more to do. Exploration, new bases, different weapons to try.
Wood with iron bracing in the corners would allow you to go higher.
You could’ve brought your roof to a point. Just use the outside corner pieces. It looks much nicer.
I raise the ground up inside the building and connect the walls to it then you have a new base level you can make a VERY large tower that way. Just FYI there is a max you can raise or lower the ground based on its starting height. So if you want towers or pits you need to keep it in mind.
Man you up'd your building standards since playing Valheim, really getting behind the stuff you're working on.
The lack of building blocks is so egregious that I can only assume they are coming later.
The whole ambiance of your base is really great. Love how it looks.
You can build big, but its the taraforming the landscape that causes the lag. What I recommend us instead of trying to make a flat area, work with what you have. You can easily build using the half or full posts and make a frame around and build on that. Start with whatever the 'high' ground is for you and go. Raise up only set areas you need, say to bring it up for a fire pit. But outside that work with mostly what you have for landscape. Stone is even more forgiving as it already is a platform thats raised up a bit. Just find a middle ground to start., You'll see in a lot of videos of build showcases where they went big they worked with the landscape with the most they did was making paths.
The mist lands are just far out, but you can find them east and west. The Ashlands have surtlings spawn in them.
I like these building episode as they are interesting and relax and you have great ideas
The wooden support under the walkway was looked like it was snapping into the gap between the stones. Third piece was the big stone wall, no gap.
Kage I saw that you were, some episode(s) ago, wondering/asking why the goblins are named "fuling" also stating that it is such an unusual name. "Fuling" directly translated means "an ugly one (person)" in Swedish and has basically two meanings (perhaps more depending on the context).
First one is that a person can be a "fuling" (ugly) because of his/her looks.
Second one being that you can do something disagreeable both vocally or physically leading to the person instead doing a "fuling". For example if one would force one's way through a waitingline he'd do a real "fuling". He did something many would disagree with.
It's a negativaly charged word for those small green bastards running around throwing spears! They are real fulingar (plural).
Hope this cleared that up.
Cheers!
Hristo Hristov. if you build a tree on stone the tree is considered to be built on the ground. foundations are considered how many parts there are to the ground. first with stone and then with wood you can build to the sky.
Even after defeating the last boss there's still a ton you can do. Lots of building projects and you can raise a wolf army !
