I have a good feeling about E3 this year for Xbox. Some drop the mic unexpected announcement, or game. So i'm going BOLD, Game Pass will be at or around 80 million subs. Hopefully sony can do something soon. Then subs war will start, yet pointless it is. Yet competition, drives inovation.
Two quickies..
1) If Resident Evil 8 ends up performing the same on the new consoles because of some contract, I take that as a sign that it’s actually the PS5 that’s going to hold this new generation back.
2) Give me graphics over frames any day of the week. I’ve had 60 frames since the Sega Saturn, and I’m perfectly fine with 30 if it means my brains are being blown out by the visuals.
I can't lie. If xbox did something like a video pass included with game pass I'd honestly be happy. But that's just me. I like playing the game then winding down with some good old TV or podcast. I'd probably leave Netflix and hulu depending on the content.

Double fine have this thing they do every year creating games they let individual people at the studio create their own games.. it is called Amnesia Fortnight and they do it every year!! A lot of fun small games like Stacking and Costume Quest.. and Costume Quest 2 also that tank game I forget the name, and a bunch of others have come out of it… if it wasn't for letting their employees pitch and create their own games those games would have never existed.. look it up used to be called Amnesia fortnight ..you guys should know this stuff LOL

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is NOT the definition of insanity that's a myth. As far as the parity thing we've seen the spec sheet for RE8, and the PS5 and XSX are exactly the same in res and fps. I feel the same as Zalker and Dee on the 120fps isn't a big difference from 60fps, but I've got a 120 native TV and was playing Ori then went back to my 60hz monitor. The 60 felt like 30, which was weird because 60 has always felt smooth.

I’m sorry I’m not trying to fanboy for Xbox and I’ll probably come off like that anyways because it’s obvious I’m biased, but I’ve played Xbox forever since 360, I had a ps3 as well but imo, I haven’t seen Xbox do anything wrong with their consoles from 360 to series x. I hear people dump on the Xbox one for somehow losing that generation but I had friends who got ps4 and Xbox one, and I agree I think ps4 from 3 was an enormous improvement (because I thought ps3 was kinda terrible) but all I saw to be excited about ps4 was the fact they completely revamped from their last gen console, which I applaud. But what was specifically throwing it up above Xbox one? Xbox one had a Kinect that came with it (love it or hate it, it was cool to basically have an Alexa on my next gen gaming console before anything like that existed yet. We had the “snap” feature which I used for listening to podcasts or other videos while mindlessly grinding in any game of choice (mostly destiny 1) and I could play my Xbox 360 on the same source of my Xbox one by plugging my 360’s hdmi into the second hdmi port on the back of the Xbox one so I could swap playing with my friends on 360 who didn’t have a next gen console and then by clicking one button on my controller I was back on Xbox one. These were all brand new things to Xbox’s newest console. And I just didn’t see any of these quality of life improvements on ps4 other than the fact that they fixed their old UI that I personally thought was bad, so it was only a relative upgrade, making that new Sony console better than the old Sony console. I saw no evidenced of ps4 doing anything as unique as Xbox one that whole generation. I hear ps4 apparently had better games at the time of launch than Xbox one, but I was happily content with killer instinct, forza, and eventually destiny and cod ghosts for those first couple years (a lot more games but that’s just what came to mind). And once again, not all my friends at the time had an Xbox one, and even then the friends I had that did have one, we ended up just going back to Xbox 360 for some good old black ops 1 or 2, and so many other games that weren’t backwards compatible just yet. Idk man I would like to believe some hard facts about why everyone believes ps4 was better but I’m just not seeing it at all. I just don’t understand I guess.
