This video is great! I feel like a lot of mods do something similar so for me, it was always hard to know which was better than another. Seeing them in action and talking about them helped me, thank you.
I dont have a lot of hours logged so I don't really know what does the most damage but I really like death chains with Ash on a one shot rifle. Its been treating me well on my Pyromancer
captain hunter mod comes from the gloves not the mask 🙂
There's no need for too much armor as there's a hard cap of 85% damage protection. Also armor doesn't protect against melee or powers. If you're looking to mitigate most 1 shots you need mods that have "resistance".

Well that does it, I'm Uninstalling Outriders! I'm not going through this destiny wannabe pos game where all the elite nolife tryhards get all the gear and they patch everything before regular people even get off work! If 1 person gets to exploit the game and keep all their loot than EVERYBODY SHOULD GET THAT OPTION! if there is gonna be B.S. patches just to make the game harder for the common gamer but rewards the people who exploit it than I want no part of it! 🤪"Balancing" 🤪
