Welp I'm getting a ps5 till the slim comes out.
I'm waiting for a hardware revision of the standard PS5 before I buy it.
Give em some time to work out the kinks. Wish I had done that with the PS4.
I bought darkplates so i cant get a slim now.
Hopefully a version 2 of the dualsense will be out then too that fixes and updates the controller, ps4 controller got V2 refreshes around the time of the slim and pro i believe. I also wonder what ps games will be on pc by that point since sony wants to port ps games on pc these days

If the rumor is right I rather wait for that and by the that time everything should be ok enough to just go to a local store and not get robbed lol

And this is One of the main reasons why I decided to wait a few years to buy a PS5..Also decided to wait until compatible TVs are more affordable

Barely %9 of folks in the US have a PS5… sad part is whatever stock is left will dry up soon and with no semiconductors available many high tec goods can't be made. So yea mentioning about expanding storage in Summer, a PS5 Slim in 2023 and pure exclusives is very frustrating right now
Maybe the slim version won't be so gaudy. I might buy one when I get to see it later next year….

I kept my Xbox one from day one to the series x but I may just start getting the newest out. In hindsight, a "one X" gaming experience would have been nice. I'd feel the same with Playstation.

If that PS5 slim is coming in 2023, then I can finally put some money on the side when it comes out, IF the 2023 release window is correct, that is. But i'll wait and see.
